besan 2 cups
1 tsp pepper powder
asafoetida a pinch
salt as per taste
oil 2-3 tsp
spinach 1 bunch
sugar optional
turmeric optional
How to pick palak?
Go to the supermarket and take one fresh bunch of palak(spinach) which is dry or go to the local market and buy the fresh dry palak from the vendor.
Which besan to use?
Take the best quality chickpea and grind it at your own home. or otherwise, take the good quality of flour like gaay chap brand besan.
Choose the right type of spices
Spices play a major role in the taste and aroma of the dish. It is very important you pick the right one. Buy a good quality asafoetida and pepper to enhance the taste.
Steps To Make Palak Papdi Snack Recipe

In a big flat vessel, add besan and all the above-listed ingredients. Crush palak in the mixer and make it puree. Add all dry masala and palak puree in besan.
Step 2
Mix the flour and all other ingredients thoroughly and form a dough. You can add little water if your palak puree is fewer .make sure to make a dough like roti so you can easily flatten. Make stips to get feel like papdi.Fry the papdi in oil till the colour changes a little.
