sesame,peanut,cocnut sukhdi is a kind of unique sweet which is made very easily and belive me its one piece would be sufficient in the mornings to keep you energetic.
sesame peanut coconut sukhdi recipe is written by sangita vyas .She believes making healthy recipes at home and this one is her own experiment which is loved by everyone.
150 grms brown wheat flour
100 grms desiccated coconut
150 grms crushed peanuts
150 grms half crushed sesame seeds
350 grms chopped jaggery
200 grms ghee
1 tblsp full ginger powder
1 tblsp full poppy seeds

Each and every ingredients which I used in this sukhdi, are full of protein and very much essential for winter season.
STEPS TO MAKE SESAME PEANUT COCONUT SUKHDI
Keep all ingredients ready. Take a heavy bottom pan,add ghee n wheat flour,stir slowly on slow flame until the flour changes pinkish in colour and start aromatic smells.
Now,when flour start aromatic,add crushed sesame seeds, crushed peanut, desiccated coconut, ginger powder and mix it well.
When all ingredients merge well, switch off the flame and add jaggery,mix properly untill jaggery melts completely.
Grease the thali/plate with oil and pour the mixture in it. Level it with spatula and give a medium square cut n sprinkle the poppy seeds. Let it cool down completely. The sukhdi is ready to eat..
