INGREDIENTS TO MAKE DESI HEALTHY TACOS
For Dough:
Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा) – 2 Cup
Salt (नमक) – As per taste
Oil (तेल) – 1 Tbsp
Water (पानी) – As required
Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) – 1/2 Tsp For Filling:
Oil ( तेल) – 1 Tbsp
Green chili (हरी मिर्च) – As per taste
Onion (प्याज) – 1
Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) – 1
Corn (कॉर्न) – Some
Potato (आलू) – 2, Boiled
Chili flakes (चिली फ्लेक्स) – 1 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
Salt (नमक) – as per taste
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – 1 Tsp/Spoon
Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस)- 1 Tsp/Spoon
Tomato Ketchup (टोमेटो सॉस)
Paneer / Any Cheese (पनीर)
Sev/Namkeen (सेव/नमकीन)

STEPS TO MAKE DESI HEALTHY TACOS

For Filling Keep a pan on the flame, put Oil, Green Chilies, long chopped Onion, Capsicum, and Corns, cook them well and keep it for cooling down. Take boiled Potato & mash it. Add Chilli Flakes, Coriander Leaves, Salt, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Lemon Juice and put cooked Veggies in it and mix it all well.
STEP 2
For Dough, take a bowl put some Wheat Flour by sieving it. put Salt, some Oil Turmeric Powder mix them all and bind the dough using Water. Then cover it and keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
STEP 3
Make dough balls & roll the big Chapatis, cut them, then roast them on Tawa and take it out on a plate.
STEP 4
Spread some Tomato Ketchup, grate some Cottage Cheese, some Veggie Filling, and great some more Cottage Cheese on it and fold it.
STEP 5
Then roast them on Tawa by applying Oil on them. Put some Sev/Namkeen on it. In this way, tasty and easy Tacos will get ready to serve.
