BESAN MIRCHI WITH ALOO PARATHA

Besan mirchi with aloo paratha is a perfect recipe for monsoon and its written in a very easy way,I am sure it will be helpful to you as dinner as it can be served with dahi boondi also.

INGRIDIENTS FOR BESAN MIRCHI WITH ALOO PARATHA

For Bharwan Mirch:

Mustard Oil(सरसों का तेल) – 1 Tsp

Cumin Seeds(जीरा) – 1/2 Tsp

Asafoetida(हींग) -1/4 Tsp

Gram Flour(बेसन) – 1 Bowl

Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) – 1 Tsp

Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) – 1/2 Tsp

Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) – 1 Tsp

Salt(नमक) – As per taste

Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – 1/2 Tsp* Pickle Oil(अचार का तेल)

Some * Big Green Chilli(बड़ी हरी मिर्च) – 250 Gram/6 Pieces

Mustard Oil(सरसों का तेल)

For frying For Aloo Parantha:

Potato(आलू) – Boiled & Grated

Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) – Finely chopped

Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) – 1-2 Finely Chopped

Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा) – 1 Big Bowl

Salt(नमक) – As per taste

Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) – 1/2 Tsp

Oil(तेल) – Some

STEPS TO MAKE BESAN MIRCHI WITH ALOO PARATHA

STEP 1

For Besan Mirchi, keep the pan on the flame, put Mustard Oil, Cumin Seeds, Hing Powder and some Gram Flour. Roast it on a slow flame and take it out in a bowl.

STEP 2

Then put Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Salt to taste, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, and Pickle Oil and mix it well.

STEP 3

Take a Big Green Chillies and slit them like this keeping them join on the other side. In the center fill the stuffing in it .Fry the stuffed Chili until they get golden brown from all the sides as shown in the video. Then sprinkle some stuffing on chilies and cook it for 5-7 minutes.

STEP 4

For Parantha, in a bowl, take some boiled & grated Potato, finely chopped Coriander Leaves & Green Chilli, some Wheat Flour, Salt to taste, and Baking Powder. Mix them all properly and bind the dough without using Water.

STEP 5

Apply some Oil on it and make dough balls. Sprinkle some Wheat Flour and roll it and give it a round shape by using a plate. Then cut it into 4 pieces and roast it on a Tawa by applying some Oil on it and make it crispy.

STEP 6

Serve the tasty and crispy Parantha with Stuffed Chillies. In this way, street style Parantha & Bharwan Mirch will get ready at home.
