CHIBBA DHOKRI

This recipe is sent by Sangita vyas. she stays in Nairobi. She says that her mother instantly make this recipe for her when she comes from school and was hungry. she had eaten this recipe made by her mother as well as by her naniji. She says that she started learning new recipes and forgot CHIBBA DHOKRI. Today she remember her childhood and so chibba dhokri and she wants to share this Chibba dhokri with everyone.

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED TO MAKE CHIBBA DHOKRI

  1. 1 bowl besan (gram flour),
  2. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder,
  3. 1 teaspoon ginger, garlic and green chilies paste,
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt,
  5. 1 teaspoon red chili powder,
  6. 1 teaspoon oil for drizzling.

HOW TO MAKE CHIBBA DHOKRI

CHIBBA DHOKRI: STEP 1

Put water in a container and keep it for boiling on the gas.

STEP 2

Take a container and add gram flour, turmeric, ginger, garlic and green chili paste ,salt. Add little water and stir it and make it into thick paste.

STEP 3

Take one plate ,grease it and spread the besan paste evenly in the plate and sprinkle red chili powder.

STEP 4

Now cover the the container having boiling water with this plate in which the besan batter is spread. Note that the besan paste speeded side should be inside.Cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.

STEP 5

Now take the plate and sprinkle some oil on it and cut it into square or diamod shape .

chibba dhokri is ready. serve it in a plate with oil.
