Hello friends. I have come up with a new recipe for Gourd and its juice. We all know that Gourd and its juice are highly beneficial for our bodies but no one likes to consume it. So, there is a new way to consume and this is the Gourds Raitia.
INGRIDIENTS FOR GOURDS RAITA
250 grams of grated Gourd along with its juice
half a teaspoon of split mustard
half a teaspoon of Salt
one finely chopped green chilly
finely chopped coriander
150 grams of churned curd.
NUTRIENTS YOU GET
Gourd consists of vitamins that are beneficial for our body as it provides coolness to our digestive system. Curd provides proteins and calcium to our bodies. Split mustards add a unique taste to the raita.
STEPS TO MAKE GOURDS RAITA
STEP 1
Add grated gourd along with its juice, split mustards, salt, finely chopped coriander and green chilly and finely churned curd into a bowl.
STEP 2
Mix it well to turn it into a raita. Serve it with roti, paratha or rice
