- Karela chhal
- Gram flour
- Salt
- Turmeric
- Baking soda
- Red chili powder
- Oil
- Lemon
Serve with Achar Masala and Oil

STEPS TO MAKE KARELA NI CHHAL NA DHOKLA
STEP 1
Cut the peel of Karela into tiny pieces Add salt and khavano soda Mash it well Let it rest for 5-10 mins Take one bowl of chickpea flour (Channa no lot / Gram flour ) Wash the peeled pieces, dry them out, and put in a bowl..
STEP 2
Now put chickpea flour into it and now add water, oil , turmeric, and also salt ( if needed ) into it , a pinch of soda and few drops of lemon Grease a small dish with oil Next make the arrangement as shown above..
STEP 3
Put the mixture in the dish and sprinkle the chili powder Put it in the pan and cover it Let it get heated for 10-15 mins
STEP 4
This is what it looks like after taking it out from the pan Cut it into the desired length
STEP 5
Serve hot with Oil and Sambhar..
