Paneer Bhurji by Chef Rinku Patel
Rinku says that she has learnt this recipe on her own. She loves to try various cuisines apart from her traditional Gujrati style cooking. So today she has tried Punjabi style recipe and wishes to share it with her friends at Super Saheliya. So let us get started!!!
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
The below mentioned ingredients serves three people
- 200 gm- paneer(grated)
- 1 – onion
- one – tomato
- 1- green chilly
- one inch- ginger
- 5 cloves- garlic
- 1 tsp- chopped coriander
- one tsp- oil
- 1 tsp- butter
- 1/2 tsp- jeera
- half tsp- haldi
- 1 tsp – Kashmiri red chilly powder
- one tsp- dhaniya jeera powder
- 1/2 tsp- garam masala
- 1 tsp- kasoori methi
- 1/2 tsp- chat masala
- Salt to taste
- Some water for sprinkle
HOW TO MAKE PANEER BHURJI
STEP 1
- Add chopped onion with chiily, ginger and garlic in a chopper then chop a tomato too
- Heat the pan, add oil, crackle jeera
- Add onion mixture into the pan, sauté properly
- After onion turns pink colour, Add tomato and stir well
STEP 2
- After oil separates in kadai
- Add all the spices, salt, butter, kasoori methi
- Roast all the spices well, add some water if needed
STEP 3
- Add grated paneer in kadai, stir well
- Now, add some more water and cook for 2-3 minutes
STEP 4
- Lastly add coriander on top, Your paneer bhurji sabji ready to eat
- Rinku has served this sabji with paratha and masala rice
