INGRIDIENTS

basic ingredients

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE SITAFAL RABADI

1 liter Full Fat Milk

1 Pack of Milk Powder (Small one)

Half cup Sugar

1 tsp Cardamom Powder

1 Cup Sitaphal Pulp

2 tbsp nuts, chopped

NUTRIENTS YOU GET

Sitaphal has high levels of magnesium, contains antioxidants.

STEPS TO MAKE SITAFAL RABADI

STEP 1

Boil the milk in a heavy bottom pot. Put on simmer and keep stirring constantly. Make sure that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.

STEP 2

After it has reduced add Milk powder to thicken then add sugar.

STEP 3

Take off the flame and add sitafal pulp, cardamom powder and mix well

STEP 4

Garnish with nuts

STEP 5

After it comes on room temperature put it in refrigerator to chill
