INGRIDIENTS
2 Apples grated
1 Fresh coconut grated or dry grated coconut 150 gm
Roasted peanut 2 tablespoon
ghee 1 teaspoon
Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
Raisins 1 tablespoon
Cashew nuts chopped

STEPS TO MAKE A UNIQUE DELICIOUS SWEET APPLE BURFI
STEP 1
Here we start with cleaning apple with enough of water and keeping ingredients ready
STEP 2
then we will remove the skin of apple. Pill it with pillar then grate it and keep a side. Same way grate coconut.
STEP 3
Now take a pan and put it on flame add Ghee and Heat ghee in a pan. Add this apple mixture and roost it well.
STEP 4
Now add sugar and let it melt into an apple then add grated coconut, chopped nuts.
STEP 5
When it became thick and colour changes to brown and leaves the sides of the pan, add cardamom powder mix it well. And switch off the flame
STEP 6
Grease a dish with ghee and pour the mixture on it. Let it cool. Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Garnish with chopped nuts, raisins and cherries. Run a knife around the edges, cut it in the shape of barfi and serve I am Sure You will enjoy it with your family and friends. make a try.
