  3. Sugar
  4. Salt
  5. Lemon
  6. Mint

STEPS TO MAKE JAMUN SHOTS

STEP 1

Take 500 grams of Jamun,

FRESH RIPE JAMUNS

STEP 2

Take out the seed from the Jamun and clean it properly. Deep freeze it for 4 hours, so your Jamun become hard

DEEP FREEZE JAMUN

STEP 3

Use deep frozen Jamun, mint, crushed ice, and salt in the mixture. Make it mix until everything become liquid form, but it should be thick. The deep freeze Jamun will help you to keep your mixture thick

MINT LEAVES WITH JAMUN

STEP 4

Use a serving juice glass, get lemon juice and apply it on the edge of the glass. After that take salt in the dish, and apply the edge of the juice glass.
