INGRIDIENTS

1 large baingan (eggplant)

For masala

1 Tbs ginger garlic paste

1/2 tsp haldi powder paste

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp chilly paste

1/2 tsp Garam masala powder

2 tsp gram flour (besan)

Salt according to taste

1 1/2 (1.5) tbs coarsely grind powder of peanut (mugful) and sesame seeds (til)

1 tbs oil

Brinjal or eggplant is v rich in vitamins and minerals. It contains vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid, potassium, and its glycemic index is v low so diabetics can have easily it,it is high in fiber and low sodium.

STEPS TO MAKE BAIGAN PALITA

STEP 1

Take one brinjal or eggplant wash it and dry with cloths and cut in ring-like

STEP 2

Now take all masala in one bowl with 1 Tbs water to adjust spreading consistency

STEP 3

Now apply masala on both the side of brinjal slice

STEP 4

Now heat the flat Tava, grease it with oil, and keep slice on it. After keeping the slice keep on low flame. Cook both the sides little brown as shown in pics…

STEP 5

When you cook other sides keep a lid to cover it. cook till its edges gets softened.

STEP 6

Now serves with roti, chapati, jawar roti I have serve with roti , rice, and kadhi
