Rinku is one of our most enthusiastic saheli. Today she brings us the world famous Italian recipe of pink pasta with her special touch. So without further ado let us check out the delicious recipe😋😋
INGREDIETNS
The below mentioned ingredients serves 2 people
- 1 cup-boiled pasta
- one tsp- oil
- 1 tsp- crushed garlic
- one small- sliced onion
- 1 cup- mix vegetables like corn capsicum carrot
- 1/4 tsp- crushed paper powder
- 0.25 (1/4) tsp- Italian herbs
- 1/4 tsp- chilly flakes
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp- readymade pasta sauce
- one tsp- tomato ketchup
- 2 cubes- cheese
For White Sauce
- 2 tbsp- butter
- 1 tbsp- maida (all purpose flour)
- 2 cup- milk
- Pinch of salt
- Sugar as per taste
- paper powder as per taste
- Mix herbs as per taste
- Chilly flakes as per taste
- 1 cube- cheese
HOW TO MAKE PINK PASTA
STEP 1
- Boil pasta (any of your choice) with pinch of salt and oil
- Strain it in a container
STEP 2
- Chop all the vegetables
- Collect spices in one plate
STEP 3
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add crushed garlic and sauté
- add all vegetables of your choice ,salt and spices
- Sauté for only 1 minutes and keep it aside
STEP 4
- Heat butter in a pan
- Add maida(all purpose flour) and roast properly
- Now, add milk and stir
- Add salt sugar and mix hearbs
- Mix well and lastly add cheese
STEP 5
- Add readymade pasta sauce in white sauce, Mix well
- Now, add tomato ketchup and mayonnaise
- Your pink sauce is ready
STEP 6
- Add sautéed vegetables and boiled pasta in pink sauce
- Now, add some more cheese
- Your mouthwatering ,delicious pink sauce pasta is ready to eat
