INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
- 1 beetroot
- 1 cup yoghurt (dahi)
- 2 Tbsp Walnut or Roasted crushed Peanuts
- Salt – Jeera powder – Red Chilly Powder – Corriender leaves

HOW TO MAKE BEETROOT RAITA
STEP 1
- Select small tender and fresh beetroot from the market.
- Wash beetroot thoroughly & boil the beetroot. Keep all the ingredients ready.
STEP 2
- First peel the beetroot and grate the beetroot with thin grater. if grated with thick grater, raita will not be good to eat.
STEP 3
- Mix tender grated beetroot , fresh yogurt, roasted walnuts or peanuts, salt, cumin powder and red chili powder together.
- Garnish it with Coriander leaves.
- It’s ready to serve.
