એક ચમચી ગરમ મસાલો

સ્વાદ પ્રમાણે મીઠું

લીંબુનો રસ અડધી ચમચી

ગાર્નિશિંગ માટે લીલા ધાણા

કેવી રીતે બનાવવું ભરેલા સરગવાની સીંગ નું શાક

સરગવાની સીંગ ને સારી રીતે ધોઈ લો અને સાફ કરો

એક બાઉલમાં ચણાનો લોટ લો અને તેમાં ઉપરોક્ત સામગ્રી ઉમેરીને સ્ટફિંગ માટેનો મસાલો બનાવો

સ્ટેપ 2 માં તૈયાર કરેલ મસાલાનેસરગવાની સીંગ ડ્રમસ્ટિકમાં સ્ટફ કરો

જ્યાં સુધી બધીસરગવાની સીંગ ડ્રમસ્ટિક્સ સમાન રીતે ભરાઈ ન જાય ત્યાં સુધી સ્ટેપ 3નું પુનરાવર્તન કરો

હવે સ્ટફ્ડ ડ્રમસ્ટિક્સ મૂકો, સ્ટીમ કૂકરમાં એક ગ્લાસ પાણી ઉમેરો, કૂકરનું ઢાંકણું બંધ કરો.

તેને 15-20 મિનિટ સ્ટીમ થવા દો

એક તપેલીમાં 3 ચમચી તેલ ઉમેરો, તેમાં સરસવ ઉમેરો

સરસવના દાણા તડતડ થાય એટલે તેમાં લસણ અને લીલા મરચાની પેસ્ટ ઉમેરો, હળદર ઉમેરો

એક ગ્લાસ પાણી ઉમેરો, જ્યારે પાણી ઉકળવા લાગે ત્યારે તપેલીમાં બાફેલા ડ્રમસ્ટિક્સ ઉમેરો

સ્વાદ અનુસાર મીઠું ઉમેરો

તેને 5 મિનિટ સુધી ચડવા દો

  • પાલક ૧ જુડો
  • બાફેલા ચણા ૧ મોટી વાડકી

વિસરાતી જતી ચણા પાલક ની રેસીપી ની રીત

સૌ પ્રથમ એક પાલક નો જુડો લઇ તેને સારી રીતે સાફ કરી ને એના પાંદડા લો

હવે પાલક ને મોટા ટબ માં ધોઈ અને ચોખ્ખો કરી લો


હવે બે ટામેટા અને બે ડુંગળી તથા સાત થી આઠ લીલા માર્ચ અને દાસ થી બાર લસણ ની કડી લો અને તેને મિક્સર માં ગ્રેવી કરો
બાફેલા દેશી ચણા પણ તૈયાર રાખો


હવે એક કઢાઈ માં બે મોટા ચમચા તેલ લો અને ગરમ થવા દો


વઘાર માં જીરું,હળદર માપ પ્રમાણે નાખો


જીરું તતડે એટલે ટામેટા ડુંગળી ની ગ્રેવી તેલ માં નાખો અને તેલ છુટ્ટુ પડે ત્યાં સુધી શેકો


તેલ છુટ્ટુ પડે એટલે તેમાં બાફેલા ચણા નાખી દો


અને તરત જ પાલક પણ નાખી દો


હવે પાલક ઓસવાશે એટલે ચણા અને પાલક મિક્સ કરો


છેલ્લે મીઠું નાખી બરાબર મિક્સ કરો અને ગરમ ગરમ પરાઠા સાથે પીરસો

  • 1 cup- soya chunks
  • 2 – onions
  • 3- tomatoes
  • 2- potato
  • 1 tbsp- oil
  • 1- a piece of cinnamon
  • 2/3-cloves(leaving)
  • 1- bay leaf
  • 1- star anise
  • 1 tsp- Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp- jeera powder
  • 2 tbsp- Kashmiri red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp- turmeric
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1tsp- garam masala
  • 1 tsp- chat masala 1tsp- kasoori methi
  • 2 glasses- of hot water
  • 1 tsp- chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp- green chilly paste
  • 1 tsp- ginger garlic paste

STEPS TO MAKE SOYA VADI VEGETABLE RECIPE

STEP 1

Soak soya chunks in salty boiled water for 10 mins.after 10 minutes remove excess water,press all chunks firmly in a palm

STEP 2

Take kadai on the stove….take oil and add whole spices to it…after 1 min add chopped onion and sauté. when the onion turns brown in colour….add chopped tomatoes, mix well cook for a while till tomatoes are completely mashed. add salt and powder spices and sauté 2/3 mins. sprinkle some water if needed. When masalas roast properly….oil gets separated….add cut potatoes in Kadai.mix well…cover the lid and .cook for 2/3 mins

STEP 3

After 2/3 mins add soya chunks also…..mix properly with masala…..cover the lid and cook for another 5 mins…..then add hot water in to Kadai….cover the lid …..and cook for 10 mins

STEP 4

Finally, gravy becomes thick….and the sabzi is ready to eat…garnish with some freshly chopped coriander leaves. .enjoy this healthy and tasty sabzi with roti/ rice…,, I served this mouthwatering dish along with roti, green chutney, and some onion rings.

Take one brinjal or eggplant wash it and dry with cloths and cut in ring-like

STEPS TO MAKE ZERO OIL VEGETABLE MIX

STEP 1

Wash, chop and Blanch Mix Vegetables Grind and paste Onions with cinnamon, cloves and cardamon, tomatoes and Coconut Peanuts paste separately and take out in a bowl..In one bowl mix together turmeric, Corriander, Red chilli and Garam masala with 2 tbsp of water to make a paste.

STEP 2

Flame on medium to low and In a Nonstick pan or any heavy bottom Vessel without putting Oil stir fry onion paste,add1tbsp sugar and till bit salt to make it brown. Then add Coconut Peanuts paste, then tomatoes paste stir vigorously so that it releases its own oil and fragrance.it thickens and combines together. Add 2tbsp water if it sticks in the bottom. Now lastly add the dry masala paste. stir well. Your brown paste is ready. Such brown gravy can be stored in an airtight container in a fridge for a week.

STEP 3

Now add blanched Mix Vegetables and little water close the lid and cook vegetables for 5 minutes. Once cooked Taste salt. Now your dry vegetable korma is ready to serve with Roti. But if you want to eat with Rice add a little more water and 2tbsp fresh cream to thicken gravy and to make it richer as shown in the picture.

STEP 4

In this way cooking can be done without oil by using Coconut, Peanuts, Cashewnuts Walnuts, or any Melon seeds, poppy seeds to enrich your meals. It will not make your meals Tasty but will keep you Fit. Simply change your cooking style! !!! I have given below a completely balanced meal without using any oil which will fill your stomach and satisfy your tastebuds. Mix Vegetable korma,jowar Roti, butter buttermilk, Salads, jaggery, papad and of course at last Coconut Ladoo as Dessert.

STEPS TO MAKE LAWABDAR SOYA CHUNKS

STEP 1

Soak 1 bowl of Soya Chunks in boiling water after adding salt for 15-20 mins and cover it with a lid. Finely Chop Tomatoes, Potato, and onion.

STEP 2

Put 2 tbs Oil in Kadai and saute cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, Bay leaf along with hing for 1-2 mins. Add Onion, Garlic Cloves, Cashew, Ginger in Kadai and add tomatoes after coloring of onion changes to light pink. Add Salt as per taste. Let it Cook till oil is released in Kadai.

STEP 3

Let this mixture cool down for some time, Grate this in mixer and make gravy of it. Dry down Soya Chunks and discard extra water by pressing them.

STEP 4

Boil Potato, peas in water after adding salt and drain water in a separate vessel and keep it. Take 4 tbs oil in Kadai, add hing, 1/2 tbs turmeric powder, and pour the gravy in it. Add Red Chili Powder, Kashmiri Chili Powder, Sesame, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder in it and let it cook for 2-3 mins.

STEP 5

Add Boiled Potatoes, peas & Soya Chunks in Gravy and Mix it thoroughly. Add 1.5-2 Glasses of Water ( Boiled Water used for potato & peas). Mix this and Let it cook for 10-15 mins after covering it with a lid. Add Chopped Coriander leaves after the oil gets released from the gravy

STEP 6

Serve Lawabdar Soya Chunks with Paratha, Chapati along with papad and Onion Salad.

1 cup cashews

1 piece of cinnamon

STEPS TO MAKE UNIQUE KAJU GATHIYAN SABJI

STEP 1

First turn on the gas, sauté onion, tomato in a pan . Now take aside the saute onion and tomatoes. Add cashew nuts to a pan. Let’ it fry until it’s golden brown. in color.

STEP 2

Cool the onion and tomatoes and grind it in a mixer jar
Now keep oil in the pan and add a piece of cinnamon , bay leaf and sauted gravy.
STEP 3

Add turmeric, salt and kashmiri chiilly and mix in gravy.
Also add Grinded the garlic and chilli in it mix everything and add oil.
Add 1/2 cup water and let all the spices mix in the gravy.
STEP 4

Add cashew nuts and mix for 5 minutes.
Turn off the gas. Now  add some gathiyan and serve. 
Kaju Gathiyan is ready.

Step 1

Put 1tbsp Ghee or 1/2 tbsp Oil in the cooker.

Add cumin in it and stir till it becomes brown in color and then add curry leaves.

Rinku says that she has learnt this recipe on her own. She loves to try various cuisines apart from her traditional Gujrati style cooking. So today she has tried Punjabi style recipe and wishes to share it with her friends at Super Saheliya. So let us get started!!!

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

The below mentioned ingredients serves three people

  1. 200 gm- paneer(grated)
  2. 1 – onion
  3. one – tomato
  4. 1- green chilly
  5. one inch- ginger
  6. 5 cloves- garlic
  7. 1 tsp- chopped coriander
  8. one tsp- oil
  9. 1 tsp- butter
  10. 1/2 tsp- jeera
  11. half tsp- haldi
  12. 1 tsp – Kashmiri red chilly powder
  13. one tsp- dhaniya jeera powder
  14. 1/2 tsp- garam masala
  15. 1 tsp- kasoori methi
  16. 1/2 tsp- chat masala
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Some water for sprinkle

HOW TO MAKE PANEER BHURJI

STEP 1

  1. Add chopped onion with chiily, ginger and garlic in a chopper then chop a tomato too
  2. Heat the pan, add oil, crackle jeera
  3. Add onion mixture into the pan, sauté properly
  4. After onion turns pink colour, Add tomato and stir well

STEP 2

  1. After oil separates in kadai
  2. Add all the spices, salt, butter, kasoori methi
  3. Roast all the spices well, add some water if needed

STEP 3

  1. Add grated paneer in kadai, stir well
  2. Now, add some more water and cook for 2-3 minutes

STEP 4

  1. Lastly add coriander on top, Your paneer bhurji sabji ready to eat
  2. Rinku has served this sabji with paratha and masala rice
