Malai Maisub

Malai Maisub is made by Kashmira Parekh. Kashmira says that she always makes variety of sweets for thakorji (lord krishna). She has learnt this recipe from mummyji Her immense love for making sweets is seen in this recipe.

INGRIDENTS

  1. Malai 2 cups
  2. Sugar 3/4th cup

STEPS TO MAKE MALAI MAISUB

First of all, take malai in aluminum kadhai add sugar. Stir it continuously for 5 to 7 minutes on low flame. The mixture will start changing its colour.

After continuous stirring, the malai and sugar will form one mixture and it will start taking shape of barfi. Also jari will be seen which is a sign of the formation of maisub

Now grease the plate with ghee and transfer the maisub to it. Let the maisub cool down for some time.Do not make pieces while the maisub is hot

Lastly when maisub cools down,make equal pieces with the help of knife and serve to thakorji
