INGRIDENTS

  1. Fotra vaadi maag ni daal
  2. Ginger
  3. Green chillies
  4. Sea salt
  5. Water
  6. (Garlic paste/cheese/vegetables, are optional)

NUTRITIONAL VALUE

  1. Every 100gm of cooked product contains
  2. 60 gm carbohydrates (Out of which 0 grams sugar)
  3. 20% protein
  4. 35% monosaturated healthy fat
  5. 20% moisture
  6. 10% fiber

STEPS TO MAKE MOONG DAL DOSA

STEP1

Soaking moong daal overnight

STEP2

Grinding the mixture after adding ginger,chilli paste and salt

STEP3

Cook the mixture on a non-stick frying pan on a low flame until turned greenish brown

STEP4

  1. Serve it with tomato ketchup, or coconut chutney and sambhar.
  2. Other fillings such as cottage cheese, processed cheese and or vegetables are used
