INGRIDENTS
- Fotra vaadi maag ni daal
- Ginger
- Green chillies
- Sea salt
- Water
- (Garlic paste/cheese/vegetables, are optional)

- Every 100gm of cooked product contains
- 60 gm carbohydrates (Out of which 0 grams sugar)
- 20% protein
- 35% monosaturated healthy fat
- 20% moisture
- 10% fiber
STEPS TO MAKE MOONG DAL DOSA
STEP1
Soaking moong daal overnight
STEP2
Grinding the mixture after adding ginger,chilli paste and salt
STEP3
Cook the mixture on a non-stick frying pan on a low flame until turned greenish brown
STEP4
- Serve it with tomato ketchup, or coconut chutney and sambhar.
- Other fillings such as cottage cheese, processed cheese and or vegetables are used
