2 tsp- salt

1 tsp- haldi

1/4 tsp- chilly flakes

1/4 tsp- paper powder

1/4 tsp- oregano

1/4 tsp- chat masala

STEP 1

Peel corn and pressure cook with haldi and salt for 3 whistles. after it cooled completely….remove corn kernels from a bowl

250 grams of grated Gourd along with its juice

half a teaspoon of split mustard

half a teaspoon of Salt

one finely chopped green chilly

finely chopped coriander

150 grams of churned curd.

Gourd consists of vitamins that are beneficial for our body as it provides coolness to our digestive system. Curd provides proteins and calcium to our bodies. Split mustards add a unique taste to the raita.

STEPS TO MAKE GOURDS RAITA

STEP 1

Add grated gourd along with its juice, split mustards, salt, finely chopped coriander and green chilly and finely churned curd into a bowl.

For Frankie Masala:

  1. Chat Masal(चाट मसाला) – 1 Tbsp
  2. Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर) – 1/2 Tsp
  3. Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – 1 Tsp
  4. Garam Masala(गरम मसाला) – 1/2 Tsp
  5. Black Salt(काला नमक) – 1/2 Tsp
  6. Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) – 1 Tbsp

For Dough:

  1. White Flour/Maida(मैदा) – 3-4 Tbsp
  2. Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा) – 1 Bowl
  3. Oil(तेल) – 2 Spoon
  4. Salt(नमक) – Some
  5. Water(पानी) –

As required For Filling:

  1. Oil(तेल) – 2 Spoons
  2. Ginger Garlic Paste(अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट) – 1 Spoon
  3. Frankie Masala(फ्रेंकी मसाला)
  4. 2 Tbsp * Potato(आलू)-4(Boiled and Grated)
  5. Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) – 1 Tsp
  6. Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) – 1/2 Tsp
  7. Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) – 1 Tsp
  8. Salt(नमक) – As per taste
  9. Crushed Red Chilli(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) – Some
  10. Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
  11. Tomato Ketchup+Red Chilli Sauce(टमाटर केचप+लाल मिर्च सॉस
  12. Green Chutney(हरी चटनी)
  13. Onion(प्याज)
  14. Vinegar Chilli(सिरका मिर्च)
  15. Paneer/Cheese (पनीर/चीज़)
  16. Butter/Ghee(बटर/घी)

STEPS TO MAKE STREET STYLE FRANKIE

STEP 1

For Frankie Masala, in a bowl, put some Chat Masala, Black Pepper Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Black Salt, Roasted Cumin Powder and mix it. For Onion, In another bowl, put long chopped Onions, Water and Ice Cubes in it and keep it aside.

STEP 2

For Filling, take a pan, put Oil, Ginger Garlic Paste, Frankie Masala, boiled and grated Potatoes, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Salt, Crushed Red Chilies and Coriander Leaves in it. Mix it all well & keep the filling for cooling down. Then apply some Oil to your palms and make rolls of it.

For Frankie, take a bowl, put some White Flour/Maida, Wheat Flour/Atta, Oil, and some Salt in it. Mix them & bind the dough by adding some water, apply some Oil to it. Cover the dough & keep it for 10-15 mins. Then make dough balls, sprinkle some Maida and roll the thin Chapatis, and roast the Chapaties by applying some Butter or Ghee to them.

STEP 4

For Roll, take Chapati, apply some Tomato Sauce, Chilli Sauce, Green Chutney & Masala Roll, some long chopped Onions, Frankie Masala, Sirka Mirch, put some Cottage Cheese, Cheese & roll it. Cut the roll in parts and serve it. In this way, Tasty Veg Rolls will get ready at home.

Rinku is one of our most enthusiastic saheli. Today she brings us the world famous Italian recipe of pink pasta with her special touch. So without further ado let us check out the delicious recipe😋😋

INGREDIETNS

The below mentioned ingredients serves 2 people

  1. 1 cup-boiled pasta
  2. one tsp- oil
  3. 1 tsp- crushed garlic
  4. one small- sliced onion
  5. 1 cup- mix vegetables like corn capsicum carrot
  6. 1/4 tsp- crushed paper powder
  7. 0.25 (1/4) tsp- Italian herbs
  8. 1/4 tsp- chilly flakes
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. 1 tbsp- readymade pasta sauce
  11. one tsp- tomato ketchup
  12. 2 cubes- cheese

For White Sauce

  1. 2 tbsp- butter
  2. 1 tbsp- maida (all purpose flour)
  3. 2 cup- milk
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. Sugar as per taste
  6. paper powder as per taste
  7. Mix herbs as per taste
  8. Chilly flakes as per taste
  9. 1 cube- cheese

HOW TO MAKE PINK PASTA

STEP 1
  1. Boil pasta (any of your choice) with pinch of salt and oil
  2. Strain it in a container

  1. Chop all the vegetables
  2. Collect spices in one plate

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add crushed garlic and sauté
  3. add all vegetables of your choice ,salt and spices
  4. Sauté for only 1 minutes and keep it aside
STEP 4
  1. Heat butter in a pan
  2. Add maida(all purpose flour) and roast properly
  3. Now, add milk and stir
  4. Add salt sugar and mix hearbs
  5. Mix well and lastly add cheese
STEP 5
  1. Add readymade pasta sauce in white sauce, Mix well
  2. Now, add tomato ketchup and mayonnaise
  3. Your pink sauce is ready
STEP 6
  1. Add sautéed vegetables and boiled pasta in pink sauce
  2. Now, add some more cheese
  3. Your mouthwatering ,delicious pink sauce pasta is ready to eat

INGRIDIENTS

1 cup Onion

1 cup rajma

Spring onion 1

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

1 cup finely chopped bell peppers (Red – Yellow – Geeen)

1 finely chopped green chilly

4 tbsp chopped coriander

2 tbsp chopped Mint

Salt to taste

Mixed herbs or Oregano 1/2 tsp

Chilly flakes 1/2 tsp

Olives & cranberry (optional)

For Dressing

4 tsp Olive oil

4tsp lemon juice

Salt & Black pepper

STEPS TO MAKE RAJMA SALAD

STEP 1

Wash the rajma & soak in enough water for 6-8 hrs

Drain the water & add the rajma in the pressure cooker.

Add a tsp salt & 2 cups of water & pressure cook till rajma are softened.

Drain the water. ( you can use that water to make dal or kneading paratha dough)

For dressing

Take one bowl Mix olive oil, lemon juice & salt & pepper

Add all the remaining ingredients & mix well

. Rest for 15 minutes before serving to enhance the flavor.

Dhruti says that this authentic chat masala recipe has been passed on as a family tradition from her mother-in-law to her. Today she would like to share this traditional recipe with perfect measurements with all her Super Saheliya friends. She says that even though chat masala is readily available in the market it is very important to develop your skills and by making chat masala at home we can ensure that there is no adulteration in the recipe, hence giving us a peace of mind.

Ingredients

The below mentioned ingredients can make chat masala of 100g

  • Dry Whole Coriander Seeds (सूखा साबुत धनिया ) – 3 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds (जीरा ) – 2 tbsp
  • Fennel Seeds (सौंफ) – 1 tbsp
  • Carom Seeds (अजवाइन) – 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper (काली मिर्च ) – 1 tsp  
  • Asafoetida (हींग ) – 2-3 pinches
  • Black Salt (काला नमक ) – 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) – 1 tsp
  • Salt (नमक ) – 1 tsp
  • Ginger Powder (सौंठ/अदरक पाउडर ) – 1/4 tsp
  • Mango Powder (अमचूर पाउडर ) – 1.5-2 tbsp
  • Amla Powder/Gooseberry Powder (आमला पाउडर) – 1-1.5 tbsp

How to make Chat Masala

STEP 1
  1. Take a pan, put some Dry Whole Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Carom Seeds, Black Pepper and roast these spices and turn off the flame.
STEP 2:
  1. Let the spices for cooling down and then put all these spices in a mixer jar.
  2. Do not start the mixer yet, wait for the next step
STEP 3
  1. Put some Asafoetida, Black Salt, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Salt, Ginger Powder, Mango Powder, Amla (Gooseberry) Powder in the mixer jar
  2. Grind them altogether.
Add all ingredients in the mixer jar and then grind them
STEP 4
  1. Then sieve the masala with a strainer and put it in a fresh jar
  2. Store it in a cool and dry place
Step 4: Your chat masala is now ready ❤❤
