Hello friends. I have come up with a new recipe for Gourd and its juice. We all know that Gourd and its juice are highly beneficial for our bodies but no one likes to consume it. So, there is a new way to consume and this is the Gourds Raitia.

INGRIDIENTS FOR GOURDS RAITA
250 grams of grated Gourd along with its juice
half a teaspoon of split mustard
half a teaspoon of Salt
one finely chopped green chilly
finely chopped coriander
150 grams of churned curd.

Gourd consists of vitamins that are beneficial for our body as it provides coolness to our digestive system. Curd provides proteins and calcium to our bodies. Split mustards add a unique taste to the raita.
STEPS TO MAKE GOURDS RAITA
STEP 1
Add grated gourd along with its juice, split mustards, salt, finely chopped coriander and green chilly and finely churned curd into a bowl.

Take 500 grams of Jamun,

Take out the seed from the Jamun and clean it properly. Deep freeze it for 4 hours, so your Jamun become hard

Use deep frozen Jamun, mint, crushed ice, and salt in the mixture. Make it mix until everything become liquid form, but it should be thick. The deep freeze Jamun will help you to keep your mixture thick
MINT LEAVES WITH JAMUN
STEP 4
Use a serving juice glass, get lemon juice and apply it on the edge of the glass. After that take salt in the dish, and apply the edge of the juice glass.

Select small tender and fresh beetroot from the market.

First peel the beetroot and grate the beetroot with thin grater. if grated with thick grater, raita will not be good to eat.

For Frankie Masala:
Chat Masal(चाट मसाला) – 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर) – 1/2 Tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – 1 Tsp
Garam Masala(गरम मसाला) – 1/2 Tsp
Black Salt(काला नमक) – 1/2 Tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) – 1 Tbsp
For Dough:
White Flour/Maida(मैदा) – 3-4 Tbsp
Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा) – 1 Bowl
Oil(तेल) – 2 Spoon
Salt(नमक) – Some
Water(पानी) –
As required For Filling:
Oil(तेल) – 2 Spoons
Ginger Garlic Paste(अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट) – 1 Spoon
For Frankie Masala, in a bowl, put some Chat Masala, Black Pepper Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Black Salt, Roasted Cumin Powder and mix it. For Onion, In another bowl, put long chopped Onions, Water and Ice Cubes in it and keep it aside.

STEP 2
For Filling, take a pan, put Oil, Ginger Garlic Paste, Frankie Masala, boiled and grated Potatoes, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Salt, Crushed Red Chilies and Coriander Leaves in it. Mix it all well & keep the filling for cooling down. Then apply some Oil to your palms and make rolls of it.

For Frankie, take a bowl, put some White Flour/Maida, Wheat Flour/Atta, Oil, and some Salt in it. Mix them & bind the dough by adding some water, apply some Oil to it. Cover the dough & keep it for 10-15 mins. Then make dough balls, sprinkle some Maida and roll the thin Chapatis, and roast the Chapaties by applying some Butter or Ghee to them.

For Roll, take Chapati, apply some Tomato Sauce, Chilli Sauce, Green Chutney & Masala Roll, some long chopped Onions, Frankie Masala, Sirka Mirch, put some Cottage Cheese, Cheese & roll it. Cut the roll in parts and serve it. In this way, Tasty Veg Rolls will get ready at home.

1 tbsp- readymade pasta sauce
one tsp- tomato ketchup
2 cubes- cheese
For White Sauce
2 tbsp- butter
1 tbsp- maida (all purpose flour)
2 cup- milk
Pinch of salt
Sugar as per taste

Mix herbs as per taste
Chilly flakes as per taste
1 cube- cheese
HOW TO MAKE PINK PASTA
STEP 1
Boil pasta (any of your choice) with pinch of salt and oil
Strain it in a container

Collect spices in one plate

Heat oil in a pan
Add crushed garlic and sauté
add all vegetables of your choice ,salt and spices
Sauté for only 1 minutes and keep it aside

Heat butter in a pan

Now, add milk and stir
Add salt sugar and mix hearbs
Mix well and lastly add cheese

1 cup rajma
Spring onion 1
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup finely chopped bell peppers (Red – Yellow – Geeen)

Salt to taste
Mixed herbs or Oregano 1/2 tsp

4 tsp Olive oil
4tsp lemon juice

STEPS TO MAKE RAJMA SALAD
STEP 1
Wash the rajma & soak in enough water for 6-8 hrs
Drain the water & add the rajma in the pressure cooker.
Add a tsp salt & 2 cups of water & pressure cook till rajma are softened.
Drain the water. ( you can use that water to make dal or kneading paratha dough)

Take one bowl Mix olive oil, lemon juice & salt & pepper
