સોજી અને પૌંઆ નો હાંડવો અને સેન્ડવિચ

દરરોજ સવારે ગરમ નાસ્તો હોય, એમા લગભગ કાંદા પૌંઆ,ઉપમા,પરોઠા જેવું બનાવવાનું રહે.. તો આજે મને થયું કઈક નવું Fusion કરું. અને ઘરમાં થોડા વેજીસ હતા એમાંથી થોડા લઈ પૌઆ અને સૂજી ઉમેરી ને બે વ્યક્તિ માટે આ કઈક નવું બનાવવાનો પ્રયત્ન કર્યો. And it turned out sooo well n yummy 😋🤤

ચાલો જાણીએ આ રેસિપી કોણે લખી છે

આ રેસિપી લખનારનું નામ છે સંગીતા વ્યાસ. તેઓ કહે છે કે પોતાના એક્સપરિમેન્ટ થી તેમણે આ રેસિપી બનાવી છે અને તે ખુબ જ સરસ બની છે તો તેમની વિનંતી છે કે બધા પોતાના ઘરમાં એકવાર ચોક્કસ ટ્રાય કરે

૧/૨ કપ ઝીણી સોજી

૧/૪ કપ પલાળી ને નિતરેલા પૌઆ

૧/૮ કપ દહી.. (વઘારે પણ લઈ શકાય..)

૨ ટેબલસ્પૂન બારીક સમારેલું ગાજર

૧ નંગ ડુંગળી બારીક સમારેલી

૨ ટેબલસ્પૂન ક્રશ કરેલા મટર

૨ ટેબલસ્પૂન બારીક સમારેલી કોથમીર

૩ નંગ મરચા ના કટકા

૧ ટેબલસ્પૂન તલ

૧/૮ ચમચી સોડા

૧ ટેબલસ્પૂન તેલ

મીઠું સ્વાદ અનુસાર

૧ ચમચી મરચું પાવડર

૧ ચમચી ધાણાજીરૂ

૧/૨ ચમચી હળદર

૧ ટેબલસ્પૂન તેલ (તડકા માટે)

૧ ટેબલસ્પૂન રાઈ અને તલ

(તમે મેળવો ન્યુટ્રિઅન્ટ્સ)

સોજી અને પૌંઆ બંને વસ્તુ હેલ્થી છે અને તેને સવારે નાસ્તા માં લેવાથી stomach full ફિલિંગ રહે છે અને કામ કરવામાં અને ઓફિસ માં મન પ્રફુલ્લિત રહે છે. એનાથી વિશેષ શું જોઈએ.?

STEP 1

સૌ પ્રથમ બધી સામગ્રી ને કિચન પ્લેટફોર્મ પર નજર સામે તૈયાર રાખવી જેથી બનાવતી વખતે દોડાદોડી ન થાય.

હવે બાઉલ માં વેજીસ અને મસાલા સાથે સોજી પૌંઆ અને દહી એડ કરી ખીરું બનાવી ૧૦ મિનિટ નો rest આપો. ત્યારબાદ તેમાં જરૂર મુજબ પાણી અથવા દહી નાખી હાંડવા ની consistency જેવું રાખી,તેમાં સોડા અને તેલ એડ કરી સારી રીતે મિક્સ કરી લો.

હવે તવી પર તેલ લઇ તેમાં રાઈ અને તલ તતડાવી લો ત્યારબાદ ઉપર બે કડછી જેટલું બેટર પાથરી થોડું ફેલાવી લો.. (થોડું થીક લેયર રાખવું) અને ઉપર ઢાંકણ ઢાંકી ધીમી આંચ પર ૪-૫ મિનીટ સુધી પકાવો લો.

ત્યાર બાદ જો નીચે થી સારી રીતે શેકાઈ ગયો હોય તો તેલ મૂકી ઉથલાવી લેવું અને બીજી બાજુ પણ સરખી રીતે પકવી લેવું. આમ, બન્ને તરફ ચડી જાય એટલે ઉતારી લેવો.

હવે સેન્ડવિચ નો વારો.. ચમચા સેન્ડવિચ માં એવી જ રીતે તેલ મૂકી રાઈ તલ તતડાવી બેટર પાથરી ચમચો બંધ કરી ધીમી આંચ પર બન્ને બાજુ ફેરવી ફેરવી ને ચડવી લેવી. સારી રીતે ચડી ગઈ હશે તો સરસ રીતે ચમચા માંથી નીકળી જશે..

Patuda no lot recipe is made by falguni chauhan. Falguni says she learnt this recipe from Naimisha of YouTube channel supersaheliya. She feels thankful to the channel for helping her with all traditional recipes her family liked the most.

INGRIDIENTS TO MAKE PATUDA NO LOT

1 cup kanki korma no flour

1/2 tsp salt

half tsp chili paste

1/2 tsp ginger paste

1 cup yogurt

1 tsp whole cumin

Flour 1 tablespoon oil

Add 1 tbsp oil

For 1/2 cup coriander 

STEP 1

First, knead the flour in a bowl with oil

Turn on the gas and put oil in a pan

And add turmeric.

STEP 2

Then add ginger chili paste in a saucepan and saute

And take as much yogurt as you can from the bowl.

After adding yogurt, add 2 cups of water.

Cover and let the flour rise for about 15 minutes.

Add chilly garlic to oil

STEP 3

Add salt and let it rise for 15 minutes

If we see after 15 minutes, Patunda’s flour is ready.

Add salt and boil

STEP 4

Now your patuda no lot is ready to eat. Garnish with coriander and serve with achar masala and oil

She says this is less oil recipe….panki is a super delicious Gujrati snack….made with differ kind of flours….here she use besan and rawa. She made it super nutritious with vegetables like corn, peas, carrot, chilI. Its specialty is that panki made in banana leaves.

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

The below mentioned ingredients serves three people

  1. 1/2 cup- boiled corn
  2. Half cup- boiled green peas
  3. 2/3 – green chilies
  4. Water as required
  5. 1/2 cup- besan
  6. 4 tbsp-rawa
  7. 1- greated carrot
  8. 1/2 cup- chopped coriander
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Banana leaves
  11. Oil only for greasing

HOW TO MAKE VEGETABLE PANKI

STEP 1

  1. Crush corn, chilies and peas together with little water in a mixer, make paste

STEP 2

  1. Take a bowl and put peas and corn paste in it
  2. Add besan, rawa, coriander, carrot, salt.
  3. Mix it well, make batter with water (like dosa batter consistency)
  4. Rest for 5-10 mins.

STEP 3

  1. Take banana leaf and cut IT into pieces
  2. on dark green side of leaf, pour 1 drop of oil and grease it properly.
  3. Ready all leaves in a similar manner
  4. Take a nonstick pan on stove, heat it on slow flame.
  5. Put one piece of banana leaf, add 1 tbsp of panki paste and spread it evenly.
  6. Cover it with another greased piece of banana leaf.
  7. Press lightly and cook for 1-2 mintues. Turn panki and again cook for 1-2 mins
  8. When banana leaf starts to separate from the cooked panki surface, it indicates that panki is properly cooked.
  9. Repeat this process and make all pankies on slow flame

STEP 4

  1. Serve panki on a plate.
  2. Remove the banana leaves
  3. Enjoy hot ,tasty and healthy pankies with green chutney

  1. In a bowl mix yogurt and fresh shredded coconut.
  2. To the mixture add ginger-green chilly paste and salt as per taste.

  1. Roast besan flour with milk and ghee until brown

  1. Add sugar in water and make sugar syrup (1 taar ni chaasni)

  1. After the sugar syrup comes back to room temperature, mix the syrup and the flour

  1. Shape this whole mixture into plate greased with ghee and garnish with dried fruit.

In a cooker heat 1 tbsp ghee and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, bay leaf, clove and cinnamon. Once all the ingredients splutter add hing. Now add peanuts, cashew nuts, carrots, capsicum and corn to the tempering and roast for sometime. Also add turmeric.

  1. Partially boil peas.
  2. Cut capsicum into small pieces in your desired shape.
  3. Make paste using green chilies , garlic and cut tomatoes and onions.

  2. Take salt , turmeric , kasuri methi , amchur powder , garam masala , tiny amount of red chili powder and jeera powder
  3. Take 2 table spoon oil in pan and put Rai , curry leaves , dry chili , tamal patra and hing(asafoetida)

  1. Now put chopped onions and wait till they turn golden brown and then put tomatoes into pan
  2. Then put all the masalas
  3. Stir them for sometime and afterwards add capsicum

  1. Once capsicum are cooked properly add peas in them
  2. Lastly put some coriander leaves..

  1. Roast Capsicum
  2. Then put it in chilled water
  3. Take it in cotton cloth and remove it’s skin (peel it off)
  4. Cut it into halves
  5. Remove seeds
  6. Present them in whichever way you want ( Manisha has shown her way of presentation)

  1. Potato (आलू )
  2. Frozen Corns (कॉर्न्स)

HOW TO MAKE PIZZA PARATHA

STEP 1
  1. In a bowl, add wheat flour, all purpose flour, oil and salt
  2. Mix it and bind the dough by adding water in it
  3. Apply Oil on the dough, keep it aside for 20-25 mins

  1. For filling, take a bowl, add some boiled and mashed potatoes, ground frozen corns, finely chopped carrot, capsicum, salt, oregano, chili flakes & black pepper powder.
  2. Mix them all then put some pizza sauce and mix it as well.

  1. Make the dough balls of same size and roll them
  2. Put a cheese slice on a rolled chapati, then put vegetable filling, apply water to its edges and fold it into a square shape
  3. Now roll it and roast it on the saucepan (tawa) with ghee/butter/oil
